About  Wayne Baker:

Wayne Baker is an Educator, he teaches about the positive organizational scholarship, social capital, generosity, and networks in MBA, Ph.D., and Executive Education courses. He is a Researcher – he conducts research on positive business practices, social capital, reciprocity, and generosity. Outstanding Published Article Award from the American Sociological Association’s Section on Altruism, Morality and Social Solidarity (with Nat Bulkley). Martin Trailblazer Award (shared with members of the Center for Positive Organizational Scholarship); Max Weber Award for Distinguished Scholarship, American Sociological Association (with Robert Faulkner). He is also a Keynote Speaker – he gives keynote addresses and talks for a wide range of corporations and nonprofit organizations. He is a Consultant – he consults to companies about positive organizing, network analysis, energy mapping, and positive organizational practices that create a giver culture.
