01:50 – Marketing Funnels in Online Marketing

Funnels are kind of this like place where you go in and collect leads and opportunities and if you’re doing it right, you have multiple funnels so you’re getting people that are going to be following you and are interested in your product, opportunity or what-have-you and your setting them up in different ways.  And you’re testing it constantly and you’re seeing what works and you just keep putting people in the funnel.

The more people that you put in the top of the funnel, the more people come out at the bottom of the funnel then you narrow it down as you go for sale conversion.

The bottom of the funnel is our sales and those are people that are giving you money, so the more people you put in top, the more people, hopefully, come out the bottom.

03:30 – Some ideas and how you can actually leverage funnels

Janet has a funnels for instance emails building an email list.  She just did a webinar, so she had a file created for the webinar and just launched a campaign that she uses to funnel to bring in new clients.

She did a Facebook ad for the clients that she works with because you need to have some sort of funnel built and likely that the more people that you get in, the better off you are but it’s not as broad with Facebook Ads, because you can narrow down that top of funnel, quite a bit just by targeting to the right audience.

 

04:40 – Some of the ideas that Janet’s have done lately in Funnel!

  • Maybe everybody needs to change the funnel depending on the end goal and there’s different pieces that you need and don’t need.  The most basic one, is where you bring them to a landing page. So, for instance, you would create an ad towards an offer- let’s just say this is the email, we want to build an email list. So, you would first create the ad which is going to target the top of the funnel, this is gonna bring in those leads, but you’re targeting a very specific audience.
  • And the Ad could be a video,  it could be a graphic,  it could be either way you can test both just to see how it works.

Janet’s thought on Webinar last night is starting at that top of funnel by doing a video. Getting those video views and we talked about that a lot, too, and then retargeting those video viewers with an offer of some sort.So that’s the one option to do it or you can just start at the top of the funnel and go direct.

06:50 – The only way you’re going to be a little more marketing for somebody is by a video view.

If you don’t want the video you can retarget video viewers but if you’re just starting the top funnel with the graphic you’re gonna want the link for the second phase. You wanna link that they can click through! Instead of worrying about the likes, you worry if they click the link. Click through is the conversion, is not converted yet, it’s just click through and they are going to click through to a landing page that you built. Janet uses Lead Pages, others use Click funnels

08:59 – Lead them to a Landing Page and Thank You page tips!

Anything you can add, like a free give away, is an opportunity to do for an extra sale! It’s a cool way to be able to pay for building your leads on Facebook and to pay for your ads. 12:10 – How Janet works with her Email Funnel

At the backend, the next piece of the funnel is you need to have a Mailchimp, the Aweber,  the autoresponder system, because this is putting them on email list that actually we need one of those systems for it, so now what’s going to happen is they’re going to get an email with a link to the offers so when you created this offer in the first place, a pdf, video series…you need a link.

I highly suggest you do more than one autoresponder set up in the system for building trust, building authority,  teaching them educating and then you know if you are selling them some of the training programs or your services, anything you want to them to have build that into the autoresponder system. But the first three emails should build the trust!

But if you have a product that you can upsell, I would highly suggest it!! Example, this is normally $199, but for you today it is $9.

15:28 – Building different  Funnel through Webinar

  • You’re going to do a retargeting, so you’re going to send out more emails after the webinar to remind that right now we have 72 hours that people can watch the replay and we have a special offer that they can take advantage of an offer only within the next 72 hours.

…so you can do a lot of emails after that and then also retargeting

  • You can actually take that list of who was on the webinar, upload that on Facebook and then put those ads specifically in front or even just everyone that signed up for the webinar.

16:42 – Building an Email list

  • Email list is and how much your ad spend will be and all that  Facebook Ads.
  • This is where the money is made it has definitely made doing well like that you’ve gotta build that trust factor in the front end and then convert later and webinars are faster way because you can you get them on a webinar per hour hour-and-a-half and you can burn at and you have to have a high number. Were talking about the conversion approximately twenty percent actually show up and then ten percent conversion purchased.

….Twenty percent of the people that sign up actually show up for the webinar in 10 % of that twenty percent that ten percent of the people who signed up with ten percent of the people that show up so it’s basically less than two percent of people are actually giving you dollars.

  •  You don’t need a lot you can have  20 show up and if you have a decent offer you can make some good money on it

24:17 – The only thing better than multiple funnels is multiple streams of income and getting paid while you sleep is the ideal.  That’s where you become scaleable.

So you gotta figure out top of  funnel, get a maximum of the funnel but you want to know your end-all goal of where you really want them to go.

 

On the other side, Janet’s also built one funnel she launched recently, which is to bring in clients specific to Facebook Ads.  It’s pretty cool because this is a different way where it is more direct and now working with other clients to bring in very, very direct leads . Literally start with the similar thing, where we start with the Ad, take them to the  landing page, and have book a call…schedule tool. They can pick a time, enter their information and book a time.  There is also a form that gives more background.   So, it helps filter the initial consultation of who they are and what they serve is very important prior to the call.

37:31 – What’s the most cost effective? What’s gonna have the decent return on investment? And what’s gonna be the easiest for them to start?

*It all depends on what their goals are! Building an email list funnel, I think everybody needs that no matter what,  so have that file going.

*You can build even by putting the graphics on Pinterest, put it on your website, putting it out there.  So there are funnels that we don’t even have to spend money, so it just really depends on the goals.
